Key Responsibilities

As an NLP & AI Chatbot Intern at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly contribute to enhancing digital customer experiences for businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in designing, developing, and improving AI-powered chatbot systems
• Supporting the integration of NLP models and conversational AI into existing digital platforms
• Working closely with the AI engineering and product teams to gather requirements and deliver effective chatbot solutions
• Analyzing chatbot interactions to identify areas of improvement and optimize user experience
• Collaborating in testing and debugging AI systems to ensure smooth performance
• Researching the latest trends and advancements in AI, NLP, and conversational agents
• Documenting development processes and creating clear reports for internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) principles and machine learning concepts
• Basic programming skills, preferably in Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience

Working Hours

As a remote intern, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time. Our ideal candidate will be able to commit to approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours based on project needs and performance. Internships typically last for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
