Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer experience or customer service role, preferably in the industry
  • Certification in customer experience or customer service, such as CEM or CSE
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer experience
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer experience tools
