About the Role

As a Melon Online Fulfillment Agent, you'll play a vital part in expanding arenaflex's online service offerings. You'll work closely with our team to provide top-notch support to customers through chat, ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers through chat, becoming an expert on Melon, and triaging general questions and emergency assistance
  • Escalating complex needs to dedicated day teams and ensuring warm handovers
  • Providing technical and travel support to Melon customers, responding to initial chat conversations within strict SLA
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success and contribute to the technological advancement of our SME business

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through chat support

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Melon and its features
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements

* At least 3 months of experience with FCTG and Sabre

  • Proven track record of success and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with high empathy and patience
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to evolving needs
  • Geography and international destination knowledge is a plus

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Proficiency in English language; additional languages a plus
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the travel industry or related field

  • Knowledge of FCTG and Sabre systems
  • Certification in customer service or related field
  • Experience with chat support software and tools
