Role Summary

As a Business Executive, dedicated to delivering innovative home solutions and healthcare products across Indonesia, supported by strong sales and marketing expertise. We build trusted relationships with customers and partners by offering quality, affordable products that improve everyday living, while leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to reach diverse audiences. With a deep understanding of Indonesia’s market dynamics, we adapt our strategies to drive sustainable growth, strengthen brand visibility, and create long‑term value, all while maintaining compliance with company regulations and health and safety standards.

Your Responsibilities:

Primary Purpose

  • Drives sales and market development by acquiring new customers up to machine installed & operated

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Identify and qualify new business leads
  • Plan and schedule sales activities
  • Make sales calls to potential clients
  • Present company products and services to clients
  • Negotiate and prepare sales proposals and contracts
  • Follow up on sales activities and provide reports to management
  • Support other projects as assigned by the supervisor
  • Follow health and safety guidelines when working inside or outside the organization
  • Comply with Fresenius Medical Care’s compliance standards and company regulations

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in science
  • Working experience in sales minimum 5 years with good track record
  • Has supervisory experiences (handling multiple sales area / provinces)
  • Comprehensive understanding of health sciences
  • Experience in health care industry (medical equipment/ device) or pharmaceutical
  • Proven ability to promote and sell products and services
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
