Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elgin, IL. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data across our e-commerce partners. Your responsibilities will include assisting with product launches, reviewing product pages for accuracy, and communicating with and assisting account managers to address and correct any issues.
Key Responsibilities

Review Product Pages for Accuracy
+ Regularly review and verify the accuracy of product information on our partner sites. + Check for consistency in product descriptions, images, pricing, and other key details.
Communicate with and Assist Account Managers
+ Provide support and assistance to account managers in making necessary corrections and updates. + Learn partner online portals as necessary to provide assistance as needed.
Maintain Data Accuracy
+ Monitor, communicate, and provide assistance regarding updates to product data as needed to ensure ongoing accuracy. + Back up Customer Service when needed, such as during vacation periods or abnormally large call volumes.
Additional Responsibilities
+ Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and account managers. + Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Essential Qualifications
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft applications is a must. + Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy. + Ability to identify issues and rectify them accordingly. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in data entry and customer service. + Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
