Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for educating our members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide personalized support and guidance. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to members
  • Work closely with members to understand their needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with members via phone, email, and chat
  • Meet or exceed sales targets (optional)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to members

Requirements for Consideration:

* Flexible hours (we're open to discussing flexible scheduling options)

  • Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA (we're committed to supporting our local community)

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience (union or non-union)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (optional)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other technology tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with labor unions or credit unions

  • Knowledge of benefits and insurance products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
