Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in LaVergne, TN. As a customer service professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
  • Maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult situations and/or people
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to other departments
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction targets
  • Operate computer systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax machines, and other equipment
  • Provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement
  • Manage confidential information effectively
  • Meet attendance and punctuality requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ years of high-volume call center experience
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in the pharma products industry is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree

  • Experience with CRM software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
