Job Summary

The Customer Service Support Specialist (CSA) is a critical role that requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and in-person

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to find solutions and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Director

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education a plus

  • Previous customer service experience preferred; knowledge of the transportation industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate transit times and perform basic math calculations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role in the transportation industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, French, or Mandarin)
