Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using company resources, including product knowledge, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Online Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven customer service or online support experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written communication and typing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
