Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating day-to-day station operations, including leading and organizing the activities of customer service agents
  • Ensuring adequate operational coverage and scheduling
  • Maintaining a safe, dependable, and consistent operation
  • Conducting agent observations and providing feedback
  • Scheduling and administering local training, including new hire training
  • Investigating and resolving operational and customer service issues
  • Participating in operational conference calls, station audits, and preparing various reports
  • Maintaining records, such as time and attendance, personnel files, and performance
  • Supervising station agents, who have combined duties within ramp service and customer service operations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license
  • The ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
  • Flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed due to operational necessity
  • Ability to perform all duties in various weather conditions and time constraints
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Possession of the legal right to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, a minimum of one year of customer service experience and some locations may desire previous airline experience, including working knowledge of an airline's ticketing system and/or ramp operations, are highly desirable.
