Temporary Assignment with a Chance to Grow

This is a 5-month temporary assignment with the possibility to convert to a full-time employee. Core Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer issues and concerns via phone, web, or e-mail correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Processing applications, application audits, and other related work in a timely and accurately manner.
  • Providing guidance regarding certification pathways and eligibility requirements, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our programs.
  • Maintaining accurate customer database, ensuring up-to-date information and seamless communication.
  • Working with department(s) to develop and facilitate customer communications, promoting a positive and engaging experience.
  • Maintaining knowledge on company policies and program updates, staying informed and up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Enhancing and documenting processes and procedures as required, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times, representing arenaflex with pride.

Required Education/Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college, Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of one year experience in an office environment or customer services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required Qualifications/ Skills

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:

  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively, efficiently, and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as external contacts.
  • Demonstrated skill in writing concise, logical, and grammatically correct letters and reports, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to apply attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building long-term relationships.
  • Consistent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work independently and solve basic problems, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as copier and fax machines.
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
