About the Role: You will own all scheduling, coordination, and candidate experience for Trilon's AI and Technology hiring initiative, one of the company's top strategic priorities. You will partner directly with a Senior Tech Recruiter, support sourcing for hard-to-fill technical roles and help shape how we run recruiting as the team scales. We are actively growing teams across AI engineering, data, and software development. The volume is real, the roles are complex, and the work is high visibility. You’ll be part of a focused, high-impact team leading this effort, where your contributions are visible from day one. You’ll have real ownership, real exposure, and a front-row seat to how we operate at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own all interview scheduling and coordination for AI, data, and software engineering roles, including complex multi-stage loops across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring every interaction is timely, warm, and professional
  • Partner with the Senior Tech Recruiter on sourcing: LinkedIn outreach, Boolean searches, and building pipelines for active roles
  • Build and refine scheduling workflows, candidate communication templates, and tracking systems, with real input into how these processes work
  • Maintain clean data in Pinpoint ATS and support pipeline reporting
  • Identify friction points in the process and fix them proactively, without waiting to be asked
  • Support broader recruiting operations and special projects as the team grows

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations
  • A track record of improving processes, not just running them; you should be able to point to something you built or changed
  • Experience supporting hiring across any function or industry; you know how to run a process and keep candidates and hiring managers on track
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building in fast-moving environments
  • Strong communication skills and a high personal bar for candidate experience
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and technology; you do not need to code, but you should want to understand what we are building and why it matters
  • Interest in using AI tools to make recruiting smarter and faster: better outreach, faster scheduling, sharper sourcing
  • Familiarity with Pinpoint or similar ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever
Nice to have:
  • Experience supporting technical hiring in engineering, data science, software, or similar fields
  • Hands-on sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound candidate outreach
  • Background in high-growth, startup, or PE-backed environments
  • Experience with AI recruiting tools such as Metaview, Beamery, or similar
