Job Responsibilities

As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Email customer service in an online ticket response system
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions using best-answer templates
• Data entry and online research tasks, such as product and service testimonials, surveys, and other online projects
• Working independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve goals
• Communicating with customers at all levels, both internally and externally
• Utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Online survey pay: $2.50 - $75.00 per online survey
