Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service Excellence, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization, ensuring timely placements and meeting staffing needs.
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates progress to the next stage.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that our customer service teams are equipped with the best talent.

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service Excellence, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Business or Communications.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
