Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service Excellence, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization, ensuring timely placements and meeting staffing needs.
  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates progress to the next stage.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that our customer service teams are equipped with the best talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service Excellence, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Business or Communications.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain a high level of accuracy in work.
  • A detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
  • A passion for recruitment, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Certification in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
