Program Implementation: Collaborate with the Education and Events Manager and the Associate Director, Events and Education to ensure seamless program implementation. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of program execution, from start to finish. ? Program Planning: Contribute to the development and planning of our educational programs, ensuring they align with our goals and objectives. Assist in the creation of detailed program schedules and timelines. ? Financial Support: Play a critical role in managing program budgets, financial tracking, and expense management. Help identify opportunities for cost-efficiency while maintaining program excellence. ? Marketing, Communication, and Customer Service: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote educational courses and engage with potential participants. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and providing valuable information to our community. ? General Department Support: Assist in various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our Education and Events department. Be a reliable team player and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements

Flexibility to work an estimated 20 - 30 hours per week, depending on the requirements of our educational courses.
