  • Passenger Assistance: Greet travelers, answer inquiries, and guide them through ticketing, check‑in, and boarding procedures.
  • Ticket Management: Use computer systems to issue, re‑print, and modify tickets, ensuring all information is correct and up‑to‑date.
  • Baggage Handling: Tag, sort, and transport luggage from scales to conveyor belts, adhering to weight limits (up to 70 lb) and safety protocols.
