What We Are Looking For: • Preparation: An interview is more than just showing up. • Positive Energy: You'll be serving as a representative of Sandbox VR. We want our candidates to leave our interviews excited about the opportunity. • Active Listening Skills: Ability to keep pace with the candidate, ask probing questions, and redirect as necessary. • Structured Interviewing Experience: Having conducted numerous interviews as part of a company, preferred. • Typing Skills: The interview note taking process should effectively keep pace with the back-and-forth cadence of discussion. • Open Availability: Individuals will have the ability to set their own schedules, but priority will be given to individuals who have more availability.
