[Remote] Content Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Opkey is a company that empowers enterprises to maximize their ERP investments through AI-powered automation. They are seeking a Content Manager to develop and execute a content strategy that engages enterprise buyers, utilizing various digital channels and formats to establish the company as a leader in AI-powered ERP test automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own a content calendar aligned to pipeline stages, product launches, and ICP personas across enterprise ERP buyers
- Produce a high volume of content across formats: blog posts, LinkedIn posts, email sequences, one-pagers, video scripts, webinar decks, and customer stories
- Champion a bite-sized content approach -- distilling complex ERP and AI concepts into digestible, shareable formats built for attention-scarce enterprise buyers
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for practitioner and executive audiences
- Conduct structured stakeholder interviews across sales, SDR, CSM, and leadership teams to surface proof points, field-tested messaging, and buyer objections
- Audit existing content assets -- webinar recordings, sales enablement materials, and proof-of-value documents -- and identify high-value assets for repurposing
- Develop and refresh messaging frameworks grounded in current buyer anxieties, including ERP update burden and demonstrable AI ROI, aligned to Opkey’s platform positioning
- Identify quick-win content opportunities and build near-term execution roadmaps for CEO review and team action
- Leverage AI writing and research tools to accelerate content output without sacrificing quality or brand voice
- Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows for content drafting, repurposing, SEO optimization, and performance iteration
- Stay current on emerging AI content tools and proactively identify opportunities to improve speed-to-publish and content personalization at scale
- Own Opkey’s LinkedIn presence -- develop a consistent publishing cadence of thought leadership posts, product spotlights, and industry commentary
- Produce short-form video scripts and hooks for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and internal enablement use
- Create carousel and infographic content that simplifies complex ERP automation and AI concepts for a technical-adjacent audience
- Develop and execute executive thought leadership programs, including ghostwritten LinkedIn content, attributed articles, and community presence in relevant practitioner spaces
- Develop repeatable content franchises -- such as SI partner fireside chat series -- that build Opkey’s authority in plain-language agentic AI education for ERP practitioners
- Create and oversee a consistent process and framework for fast and predictable production and visibility
- Manage all of the requests and ensuring that creation, productions, final final sign offs and capacity planning are all viewed and tracked
- Produce customer story content in partnership with CSMs, including video-narrated case studies and anonymized ROI reference assets
- Build and refine SDR-ready proof assets including one-pagers, ROI references, and objection-handling content
- Refine messaging on an ongoing basis as content goes to market and buyer feedback surfaces
- Partner with demand generation to align content with paid and organic acquisition strategies
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices across all web content
- Develop nurture email content and sequences that support MQL progression across the funnel
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to source insights, case studies, and use-case narratives from the field
- Support sales enablement with battle cards, objection-handling content, and competitive positioning assets
- Partner with design on visual content needs; ability to self-serve in Canva or similar tools strongly preferred
