Role Overview

This position is a computer‑based, remote role that requires you to manage multiple simultaneous chat conversations, adhere to approved scripts, and collaborate closely with sales leadership and practice‑based professionals (PLs). You will be responsible for qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and supporting broader sales initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize arenaflex’s CRM platform (e.g., Intercom, Salesforce) to engage prospective patients and schedule in‑clinic or virtual consultations.
  • Manage up to 10 concurrent live‑chat sessions, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.
  • Follow the established lead journey process, ensuring each interaction moves the prospect closer to a booked appointment.
  • Achieve a 100% response rate to all incoming chats while maintaining high conversation quality.
  • Provide prospective patients with approved information, including starting prices, service details, and next‑step instructions.
  • Qualify leads by asking targeted questions, capturing essential data, and assessing readiness for consultation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet strategic sourcing and sales targets, sharing insights and feedback from chat interactions.
  • Support practice locations beyond your primary assignment, assisting with lead distribution and follow‑up as needed.
  • Perform sales‑related administrative tasks such as updating CRM records, generating reports, and documenting outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, remote sales, or customer support roles.
