[Remote] Airtable Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CONFLUX SYSTEMS is seeking a client-facing Airtable Specialist with strong expertise in Airtable to design, build, and optimize scalable no-code solutions. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical workflows and delivering reliable systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance solutions using Airtable (bases, automations, interfaces, permissions, integrations)
- Troubleshoot issues and support day-to-day workflow enablement
- Maintain and optimize databases, automations, and system performance
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend scalable improvements
- Participate in client meetings and drive solution alignment
- Ensure governance, data integrity , and compliance standards
- Document workflows and promote best practices for maintainability
Skills
- 5+ years in digital, systems, or no-code solution delivery
- 3+ years of hands-on Airtable experience (MUST HAVE)
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Airtable certifications
- Exposure to no-code/AI platforms
