Build a Rewarding Career in Dental Healthcare Data Operations

Are you searching for a flexible, part-time role that allows you to work remotely while contributing to meaningful work in the healthcare industry? Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for accuracy, and a desire to learn new skills in a supportive environment? If so, arenaflex invites you to explore an exciting opportunity as a Remote Data Entry Assistant on our dedicated dental case management team.

At arenaflex, we are a forward-thinking healthcare organization specializing in supporting dental laboratories and practices across the country. With more than 60 dental labs under our umbrella, we play a foundational role in ensuring that every dental case—from crowns and bridges to custom appliances—is processed with precision, care, and speed. Our team is the backbone of these operations, and we are currently expanding to meet growing demand. That is why we are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to start or grow their career in healthcare data management.

No prior experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid, hands-on training to help you succeed from day one. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the foundation of each dental case. Every case that enters our system relies on precise data entry, correct coding, and proper documentation to move seamlessly through production, shipping, and delivery. Your work will directly impact the quality of patient care across the dental industry.

This is a part-time, remote position with regular hours scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday through Friday. Hours may occasionally shift based on operational needs, but we aim to provide consistency so you can plan your life with confidence. Because this role supports dental operations across the country, some flexibility in scheduling is helpful, especially during peak production periods.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day contributions as a Data Entry Assistant will be essential to the smooth operation of our dental case workflow. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering information from incoming dental cases into the computer system and generating work cards for production teams.
  • Reviewing and coding cases in preparation for data entry, ensuring all relevant details are captured correctly.
  • Making necessary changes to computer work cards, including placing cases on hold, updating dates, modifying codes, and adjusting other case details as required.
  • Scanning all paperwork associated with each case for secure electronic storage and long-term retrieval.
  • Looking up previous paperwork in physical and digital files when needed for case information, reworks, or quality assurance purposes.
  • Operating and navigating case tracking software to monitor case progress and ensure timely updates.
  • Entering cases scheduled for shipment into the appropriate vendor system to coordinate delivery to dental labs and practices.
  • Performing additional administrative and data management duties as assigned by supervisors.

Every task you complete will help ensure that dental professionals receive accurate, timely, and well-documented cases, ultimately contributing to better outcomes for patients nationwide.

Essential Skills and Abilities

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong command of the English language, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.
  • Solid data entry and computer skills, with comfort navigating multiple software platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
  • Self-motivation and discipline to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: No prior experience required—full paid training will be provided.

If you meet these basic qualifications and are enthusiastic about starting a career in healthcare operations, we encourage you to apply. We value potential, dedication, and a strong work ethic just as much as prior experience.

Physical Requirements

Although this is primarily a remote position, please note the following physical considerations for occasional in-office needs or training sessions:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods when needed.
  • Capability to perform repeated bending and kneeling.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
