VIRTUAL DENTAL ASSISTANT (Remote outside of US)
Welcome! We're a growing dental practice looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our team from behind the scenes. This is a fully remote role — perfect for someone who works well independently and takes pride in doing things right. ABOUT US: We're a busy family and cosmetic dental practice seeing 20-30 patients a day. While you won't be in the office with us, your work directly impacts the patient experience. We need someone we can count on. WHAT YOU'LL START WITH:
- Dental insurance verification (we'll train you!)
- Answering NP calls
- Confirming patient eligibility and benefits
- Communicating with insurance companies
- Keeping accurate records in our system WHERE THIS CAN GO:
- Inbound patient calls — scheduling, questions, follow-ups Outbound calls — appointment reminders, recall outreach
- Additional administrative support as you grow with us WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Self-starter — you don't need constant supervision
- Excellent communication skills — friendly, clear, professional
- Detail-oriented — insurance work requires accuracy
- Willingness to learn — dental experience is a plus (we use Open Dental)
- Reliable — you show up, follow through, and get it done REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Computer with headset for calls
- Available during EST business hours (or flexible overlap)
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Experience with insurance verification is a plus, but we'll train the right person WHAT WE OFFER:
