Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, tech‑savvy individuals to join arenaflex as Live Chat Specialists. In this part‑time, remote position you will become the digital front‑line for our automotive dealer clients, handling inbound chat conversations, answering product‑related questions, and capturing qualified leads. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers through live chat platforms, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries about vehicles, financing options, service appointments, and other dealership services.
  • Identify sales‑ready prospects, gather essential contact information, and forward qualified leads to the appropriate dealer sales teams for follow‑up.
  • Schedule service or test‑drive appointments by confirming dates, times, and customer preferences, ensuring a seamless handoff to dealership staff.
  • Document each interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, summarizing customer needs, concerns, and next steps for client review.
  • Continuously update and refine a shared knowledge base that captures product updates, promotional offers, and common troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with fellow chat operators and arenaflex support staff to share best practices, resolve complex queries, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to sharpen communication skills and stay current on automotive industry trends.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s data privacy and security policies, ensuring that all customer information is handled responsibly and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to type accurately and efficiently on a Windows‑based computer; familiarity with internet browsers, chat software, and basic troubleshooting is required.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

  • Ability to work remotely from a quiet, dedicated workspace equipped with a reliable computer, webcam, and microphone.
  • Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to cover day, evening, or night shifts as needed.

  • Shift options include:
    • Day Shift (typically 8 AM – 4 PM local time)
    • Evening Shift (typically 2 PM – 10 PM local time)
    • Night Shift (typically 10 PM – 6 AM local time)
  • Remote work is permitted, but you must reside in one of the approved states listed above. A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
