Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties

  • Consult closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and goals, then advise them on ideal destinations, optimal travel dates, cost-effective transportation modes, and suitable accommodations.
  • Utilize persuasive promotional techniques and prepare engaging promotional materials to successfully sell itinerary tour packages and seasonal travel specials.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with empathy and efficiency, identifying root causes and delivering timely resolutions while escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right tools, resources, and communication methods available within arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications
