[Remote] Volunteer: 12-Week Social Media Calendar

The WildFlower Alliance is a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections, and they are seeking a volunteer to create and publish a social media calendar. The role involves developing social media posts, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance to better connect with parents of children with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish 12–20 social media posts over 12 weeks across our platforms, including captions in our voice, basic scheduling, audience engagement (comments/messages), coordination with a designer or provided assets, weekly performance checks, and a short recommendations summary
  • Help expand our reach, strengthen community connections, and surface what content best supports families
  • Collaborate with volunteers and staff to iterate on content based on real-time performance
