  • Production Order Support: Play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their production orders, providing timely and accurate information that keeps projects moving forward efficiently.
  • Application Data Entry: Accurately input and manage application data, including vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and other credentialing-related information into our secure digital platforms.
  • State Board Communication: Follow up directly with various state boards to obtain status updates, licensure confirmations, and other regulatory information required for client operations.
  • Data Transfer and Migration: Transfer data from various source formats—including paper records, spreadsheets, and external digital files—into electronic files and centralized database systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Data Organization and Sorting: Sort, categorize, and organize data systematically to ensure easy retrieval, audit readiness, and seamless downstream processing.
  • Voice and Non-Voice Process Support: Participate in either voice or non-voice processes as required by operational needs, demonstrating flexibility in how you engage with tasks and customers.
