Remote Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a Database Management/Data Entry Specialist to join a busy team. The ideal candidate is available to begin this short-term contract immediately. This Database Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating databases essential to operations, ensuring accurate and timely entry of data, and supporting various departments with their database needs. Key... Responsibilities: Maintain and update databases with accuracy and efficiency. Perform data entry tasks promptly and accurately. Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors as needed. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and union policies. Assist in generating reports and extracting data for analysis. Collaborate with team members to address database-related inquiries or issues. Continuously improve database processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. Qualifications: Proven experience in database management and data entry. Proficiency in database software (e.g., Microsoft Access, SQL, Excel, CRM) Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance standards. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines. Previous experience working in a membership-based organization or a similar setting. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
