What will you do? • Stream on multiple platforms (such as Amazon Live, eBay Live, Walmart Live, etc.) to engage with customers and showcase products in an entertaining and informative manner. • Utilize streaming software (such as Streamlabs OBS) to create high-quality streams, including managing overlays, scene transitions, and audio settings. • Demonstrate excellent sales skills by effectively promoting and selling products during streams, answering customer questions, and providing product training. • Create and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere during streams, engaging with viewers, and building a loyal customer base. • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information during streams. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase viewer engagement. • Maintain organization and documentation of streaming schedules, sales data, and customer inquiries to ensure efficient stream management and follow-up. How will you succeed? • Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with viewers and customers. • Consistently provide high-quality, informative, and entertaining streams to attract and retain viewers • Utilize sales skills to effectively promote and sell products during streams • Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere during streams to keep viewers engaged and interested. • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information during streams • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies to drive sales and increase viewer engagement. • Keep organized and document streaming schedules, sales data, and customer inquiries to ensure efficient stream management and follow-up. What qualifications and experience should you have? • Minimum Two years of experience in streaming on multiple platforms, including knowledge of streaming software, such as OBS, Streamlabs, etc. • Proficient knowledge of streaming software, such as Streamlabs OBS. • Proven sales skills and experience in promoting products or services to customers. • Ability to maintain a positive and engaging vibe during streams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple streaming platforms and schedules effectively. • Passionate about streaming and staying up to date with the latest trends in streaming and online content creation. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally. • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate streaming schedules. • High level of professionalism and reliability in meeting streaming commitments and deadlines. • Ability to work from Wednesday - Friday (days subject to change).
