Live Chat Officer - Remote Work
The Live Chat Officer at Walt Disney will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and understanding. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management systems. 7. Resourceful and reliable personality traits. 8.
