Employer Industry: Development and Construction Why consider this job opportunity... - Salary up to $20.00 per hour - Various health and financial benefits - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Built-in filing and copying time to vary daily tasks and reduce monotony What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Read customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via the print catalog, and online; decipher handwriting that can be hard to read - Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields and verify that the data is accurate before entering it - Ensure consistent data across the system, checking for updates such as customer address changes - Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor - Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for about three hours per day while spending approximately five hours daily on data entry What is Required (Qualifications): - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) - Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Patience for repetitive work - Ability to maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish) - One to two years of experience with data entry and/or filing - Social perceptiveness and service orientation #Development #Construction #DataEntry #CareerOpportunity #Teamwork At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
