In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. You will provide real-time support, resolve inquiries, and offer information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, quick thinker, and able to handle multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.? Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, delivering accurate and helpful information. • Assist customers with product details, order tracking, returns, and other service-related questions. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Guide customers through online processes such as placing orders, managing accounts, and handling returns. • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate... departments when necessary. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. • Provide feedback to improve the live chat experience and enhance customer satisfaction.?
