Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Work closely with the Online Client Service Manager to continuously improve processes and enhance the client experience. Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong teamwork and people management skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and assist clients. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6.
