Job Description
Are you a college student with a passion for Disney movies and shows? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a friendly and safe online community? If so, Disney Plus is looking for you! We are seeking remote moderators to join our team and help us ensure a positive and engaging experience for our users.
Responsibilities
- Monitor user interactions on Disney Plus platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Respond to user queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of community guidelines.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or behavior to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with other moderators and Disney Plus staff to improve user experience.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Strong understanding of Disney Plus content and community standards.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of social media and online community management.
Educational Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is a plus.
