Job Description
As a FedEx Package Delivery Partner, you will be the face of our company, delivering packages directly to customers’ homes and offices. You will be responsible for managing your delivery route, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
– Load and unload packages in and out of delivery vehicles.
– Manage a delivery route to ensure packages are delivered on time.
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
– Follow all safety procedures and standards.
– Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
Requirements
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
– Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work under time constraints and manage a delivery route.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Previous experience in a delivery role is beneficial. However, comprehensive paid training will be provided, so newcomers are also welcome to apply.
