Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Assist customers with order placements, product questions, and returns. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers at all times. Document and update customer records based on interactions. Collaborate with other team members to improve the customer experience. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels. Requirements High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office. Experience working in a customer service role is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
