Key Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret intricate data sets to deliver valuable insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT asset management processes. • Utilize industry-standard tools such as MS Power BI and ServiceNow for effective data management. Required Skills • Strong proficiency in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis. • Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Power BI. • Familiarity with ServiceNow (including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and CMDB) and Splunk (preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Understanding of System/Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies. • Knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes (accounts payable, depreciation, net book value, fixed assets). • A proactive mindset towards process improvement. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
