Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Promote / Upgrade within 6 months via our ladder program which includes base pay increase at each level; this equates to $1/hour for every level completed up to Technician IV. • Performance-based rewards - Increased incentives for more installs per work week; top installers average earn around $6k in bonus potential per year • Holidays off (6 days) PLUS paid time off (up to 4 weeks total within 1st year) • Overtime pay - Ability to earn additional income through increased hours or through productivity bonuses as outlined in the CBA. • Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental/Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance plus company matched 401K (available immediately); Health Savings Account (with available savings). Qualifications: • A successful Satellite TV Installer/Technician will have the following: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Mechanical aptitude; ability to use hand tools and test equipment is necessary. • Must possess a valid driver's license in the State you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and lift up to 80 lbs.
