As an Entry Level Personal Assistant , you'll play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the success of our brand. The Entry Level Personal Assistant will work closely with executives and senior management to provide daily administrative support. Responsibilities include managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with personal tasks. This role requires discretion, excellent time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Company: Fresh Form Draft Location: San Antonio Salary: $35,000 to $47,000 per year Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday Responsibilities • Calendar Management: Maintain and manage executives' schedules, including booking meetings, appointments, and events. • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation for business trips. • Communication Handling: Assist in managing incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required. • Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. • Errands & Personal Support: Handle personal tasks and errands for senior management as needed, such as making purchases, booking reservations, or coordinating household needs. • File & Database Management: Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and up to date. • Expense Reporting: Assist with tracking and submitting expense reports for senior management. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
