Responsibilities Communicate directly with patients and their families throughout their stay in an acute care nursing unit. , Assist bedside nurses with admissions, patient education, medication reviews, discharges, and care coordination. , Utilize technological tools to provide remote patient care. , Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient support. Requirements Graduation from an accredited nursing program. , California Registered Nurse License upon hire. , Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in acute care. Nice-to-haves Experience with telehealth or virtual care technologies. , Strong communication skills for patient interaction.
