Department: Service - Products/Technical Support Location: United States/Remote Description ROLE PURPOSE Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. The Regional Quality Assurance Expert accomplishes quality assurance objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completion of action plans, implementing quality and service standards, identifying, and resolving problems, completing audits, determining solution improvements, and implementing change. The Regional Quality Assurance Expert functions as an information source to various departments when special and critical issues occur. • *You must live in CO, NM, KS, OK, TX, MO, AR, or LA to be considered for this position** Key Responsibilities · Analyzes collected data and identify systemic trends in product performance · Conducts investigations and site audits · Assists in development of effective corrective actions plans · Prepares reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities · Verifies that implementation of corrective action(s) will correct discrepancies in product performance · Provides real-time coaching and training of personnel · Performs follow-up reviews to monitor the effectiveness and sustainability of corrective action plans · Assist in development of special department projects and work in conjunction with Quality Assurance Services. · Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, as well as be able to frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit and twist Skills, Knowledge & Expertise REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS Education Level: · Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifications: · 3 to 5 years of experience in a Financial, Retail, Manufacturing, or other related organization · Possess expert technical knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment and software integration solutions REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and utilize available resources to resolve in a timely manner. Excellent oral and written communications skills, Experience as a technical instructor is a plus, Excellent multi-tasking and organizations skills are required to manage outstanding issues thru resolution, Strong PC, network, and applications skills, Relationship building and presentation skills with customers, team members and cross-functional leadership, Ability to travel up to 25%, Certification or technical expertise in one or more areas is beneficial: Project Management (PMP, ITIL, etc.) Lean Skills, Networking, Apply Job!
