As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be expected to use your communication skills to handle customer needs effectively while displaying a deep understanding of Apple?s products, services, and policies. Being the first line of contact, you will gather customer feedback and work closely with your team to discover updates to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be a part of a diverse team that believes in collaboration but also values individual agility and problem-solving expertise. *Responsibilities:** 1. Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot problems and provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries. 3. Maintain a deep understanding of Apple products and services to aid in customer education. 4. Uphold company standards during every customer interaction. 5. Offer personalized recommendations and brief customers on new or updated information. 6. Work collaboratively in a remote team environment to meet and exceed goals. 7. Document and escalate cases according to company policy. *Requirements:** 1. Must be based in the United States and legally eligible to work. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your shift. 5. Proficient in using technology and software for remote communication. 6. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 7.
