Key Responsibilities • Manage accurate and current inventory records while monitoring food and beverage costs. • Reconcile inventory purchases, usage, and waste to ensure financial integrity. • Analyze inventory trends to uncover potential cost-saving measures. • Document daily transactions associated with inventory, ensuring correct categorization and documentation. • Generate and scrutinize financial reports to uphold data integrity. • Support accounts payable and receivable tasks concerning inventory-related purchases. • Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices in financial management. • Collaborate with management to refine inventory control methods and enhance the efficiency of financial reporting. • Maintain organized and accessible inventory documentation. Required Skills • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in financial record-keeping. • Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to identify trends in inventory and expenses. • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Qualifications • Previous experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector. • Familiarity with TOAST POS and QuickBooks is highly valued.
