Jr-Mid level SW Engineer

Software Engineer responsible for developing software code across multiple vehicle system domains in an Agile environment, with expertise in programming languages, real-time operating systems, and network protocols. Job Requirements: • Programming experience with C++, Java, C#, and Python. • Experience with code management tools such as Bitbucket, Git, and Jira. • Proficiency with requirements management tools like DOORS. • Experience with real-time operating systems (VxWorks, Greenhills, Linux). • Linux Device Driver experience, including BSPs and kernel-level development. • Network protocol expertise, including RS232/422, TCP/IP, UDP/IP, and GPIO. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with Yocto. • Experience with SELinux, including policy manipulation and network/cybersecurity features. • Knowledge of security features such as verified boot and trusted execution environments. Job Responsibilities: • Develop software code across multiple vehicle system domains, including lethality, movement, cyber, and tracking. • Utilize real-time operating systems and Linux for system-level development. • Implement and manage network protocols and Linux device drivers. • Collaborate in an Agile development environment. • Integrate and enhance system security features, such as SELinux and verified boot.
