This role will focus on creating innovative, tech-driven solutions that optimize the reverse logistics process and enhance our ability to manage returned, refurbished, and resold products.This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Walmart’s recommerce systems and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and sustainability objectives
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from discovery and design through to implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, data science, sustainability, and operations to deliver scalable, innovative recommerce tools and platforms
• Leverage data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for product improvements, drive efficiency, and enhance the customer experience in the resale, refurbishment, and recycling of goods
• Conduct market research and stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure Walmart remains a leader in recommerce

What you’ll bring…

• Extensive experience in the Recommerce and Refurbishment space; successful introduction of AI-driven platforms a huge plus
• Exposure to platforms used in grading products and creation of item files, enabling the online selling of refurbished items
• Expertise in data and insights platforms
• Willingness to mentor a team of product managers, creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
• Ability to identify new opportunities to innovate and improve Walmart’s supply chain, using emerging technologies and processes
