Key Responsibilities • Manage product listings by updating descriptions, prices, and stock levels. • Process customer orders accurately and ensure they are shipped on time. • Answer customer questions through email, chat, or phone, and resolve any issues quickly. • Work with the marketing team to run promotions and boost product visibility. • Check the website regularly and report any problems or improvements needed. • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly. • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. • Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the shopping experience. Requirements • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service • Ability to collaborate with other departments. • Proficiency in Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and strong typing skills • Basic Computer Skills and familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) are preferred.
