Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner, providing basic information about our services and company processes, and collaborating with our operations team to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through daily communication with customers via phone, email, or chat

• Diagnose customer needs and resolve issues at the first point of contact
• Provide basic information about arenaflex services and company processes to customers
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are met
• Resolve critical customer support issues in a timely manner
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service-related positions

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-call volume work environment
• Ability to prove critical thinking and problem-solving concepts
• Ability to be courteous in difficult situations
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced preferred
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a professional office setting, including the flexibility to work weekends and holidays

• Ability to work effectively and cheerfully in an environment that may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from the proper performance of duties
• Finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard
