We are seeking a motivated Event Assistant to join our expanding team, working directly with our well-known and respected client. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to launch a career in marketing, sales, or customer service. As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital, customer-facing role in supporting the performance and success of our marketing teams. You will be fully trained across various company operations and work on high-profile marketing campaigns, ensuring daily objectives and targets are met. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to team tasks and independently manage assigned objectives. • Act as an internal liaison between customers and the client. • Assist in meeting fundraising targets for ongoing campaigns. • Attend all meetings and workshops to stay aligned with goals and expectations. • Strive to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service within your role. • Liaise with customers, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally. • Produce detailed and accurate reports on donations and customer feedback. • Report regularly to the Managing Director on campaign progress and performance. • Develop outstanding customer service skills in line with company standards.
