Our client is looking to bring on a Change & Communications Manager, ASAP, for a 9 month contract. There is a possibility of extension and the role is 100% remote. The selected candidate must be willing to work in the EST time zone, it would be a plus if they would consider slightly flex hours to accommodate the European time zones... Candidates must have Communications experience in the HR/Payroll space to be considered for the role. About The Role This role will own and drive organization effectiveness (OE) and change management in key strategic transformation initiatives. This role reports into the Director of Organization Effectiveness but will work in close partnership with local European stakeholders such as Human Resources, Communications. This role will drive the day-to-day change management and communications for the 15+ remaining countries in the region, utilizing tools, templates, and approaches developed by the global program team. Roles & Responsibilities: • Execute a structured organization effectiveness and change management approach to support and enable the implementation of global change initiatives. • Execute (and coach/support local change agents on executing) change management in countries across the regions, including identifying impacts and stakeholders, developing change strategies and plans, tailoring communication and engagement materials based on global templates, and assessing readiness for change through qualitative and quantitative measures • Manage projects, including thinking end-to-end on a process, developing a project plan, and tracking against key milestones • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics to support change adoption and project success • Build rapport and work closely with most relevant internal partners to identify interdependencies and handoffs • Identify and address improvements to ways of working or team effectiveness within the project team and in the transition to business as usual • Identify opportunities to add value to additional global or regional initiatives during periods of low activity Qualifications What We're Looking For: • BA/BS from an accredited college/university is required • 5+ years of work experience related to change management or human capital on large-scale global or regional change efforts in service delivery model, processes, and/or systems • Demonstrated success in understanding and utilizing change management or organization effectiveness principles, methodologies, and leading practices • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling stories, develop content tailored by audience, communicate with senior leaders, and facilitate in virtual and live environments • Ability to build and maintain relationships across countries and roles • Self-starter with strong initiative, independence, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset, who proactively identifies opportunities and translates strategy, challenges, and emerging priorities into action • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity; demonstrate flexibility in fast-changing environment • Experience in managing projects with cross-functional teams; ability to manage multiple moving parts, successfully prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines • Ability to balance the development of broad strategy with the detailed work needed to execute that strategy • Business acumen and curiosity in exploring new functions, processes, and ways of working; experience with enterprise technology (payroll, ERP systems) beneficial Apply Job!
