Apply Approved Messaging Templates To help you reply accurately and quickly, you'll use a structured library of prewritten responses. Flag Escalated Issues For problems that require deeper investigation—such as billing disputes or order failures—you'll escalate the chat using a built-in routing tool. You're never expected to resolve technical or financial issues on your own. Complete Chat Documentation After every conversation, you'll log the interaction using predefined labels. This step is essential for internal tracking and helps maintain smooth handoffs if the customer returns for further support. Remote Work Setup This role is 100% remote and can be done from any location with reliable internet. You'll have access to a browser-based dashboard that queues your chats, displays suggested responses, and shows customer history. You'll also have access to a team chat where supervisors provide real-time assistance if you have questions during a shift. All work is done independently, but support is always available if needed. You'll never be left without guidance or help. What You Bring to the Table
