Role Overview

As Product Manager - Caregiver Solutions, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for our Education, Community, and Coaching offerings. You’ll translate our mission into clear objectives, lead discovery with real caregivers, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive squads to ship features that measurably improve caregiver outcomes.

What You’ll Own

Product Strategy & Roadmaps

• Partner with product leadership to refine the vision for Education, Community, and Coaching.
• Break that vision into squad-level goals, success metrics, and prioritized initiatives.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and learnings to leadership and external partners.

User Discovery & Validation

• Engage caregivers through interviews, surveys, and usability sessions.
• Prototype concepts and test assumptions continuously to ensure we’re solving real problems.
• Propose initiatives for the company to act on related to caregiver engagement

Experimentation

• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to validate ideas and UX changes.
• Analyze results and apply insights to improve engagement, conversions, and satisfaction.

Delivery & Iteration

• Lead agile sprints: plan, ship, and remove blockers so teams move swiftly.
• Coordinate launches with Design, Engineering, Marketing
• Define key metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Embedded in a dedicated squad, you’ll attend sprint ceremonies, co-own backlog grooming, pair with designers on UX flows, collaborate with engineers on technical solutions, and align with marketing and support to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery for caregivers.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on product management experience owning end-to-end B2C or SaaS initiatives
• Proven track record translating customer insights into shipped features that move key metrics
• Experience in Expertise running user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) and rapid prototyping
• Hands-on with experimentation: A/B and multivariate test design, analysis, and optimization
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Hotjar) and basic SQL for data exploration
• Fluency with Agile or dual-track discovery/delivery processes and squad-based execution
• Strong technical aptitude: comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and trade-offs with engineers
